Once full payment has been made, the client will own the final deliverables (e.g., code, designs). However, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and do not constitute a breach on our part.
8. Confidentiality
All sensitive data shared between the client and Khaled Hemidi will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or third-party liabilities.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Biskra, Algeria.
